About Me
Hi, I'm Nikolai Dixon, creator of Vital Harmony.
My journey into energy balancing began through a deep desire to understand why some people continue to struggle, even after trying everything they can think of. Time and again, I found that beneath physical symptoms, emotional challenges, and recurring life patterns, there were often deeper energetic imbalances waiting to be acknowledged and addressed.
Today, I help people identify and release energetic blocks that may be contributing to emotional, physical, and spiritual stress. Using techniques such as The Emotion Code® and intuitive energy balancing methods, I work with clients to restore greater balance, clarity, and flow in their lives.
My Approach
I believe the body is constantly communicating with us.
When something feels "off," whether emotionally, mentally, physically, or spiritually, there is often valuable information beneath the surface. My role is not to diagnose or treat medical conditions, but to help uncover energetic imbalances and support the body's natural ability to return to balance.
Each session is tailored to the individual. Together, we may explore:

Why I Do This Work
Like many people, I have experienced periods in life where answers seemed difficult to find and progress felt frustratingly slow. Those experiences led me to explore alternative approaches to wellbeing and personal growth.
What I discovered was that when emotional and energetic burdens are released, people often feel lighter, more connected to themselves, and better able to move forward with confidence and clarity.
There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing someone reconnect with their own inner strength and potential.
